What is Shiftracker
Shiftracker is a software for managing people and assets in an organization. By people we mean workers in technical areas related to an IT company or not; as for assets, we are talking about everything an IT organization stands for — SLA's, Clients, Machines, Filesystems, Databases, Backups, Sites, you name it.
ShifTracker is based in the principle that things must be accounted for, that a specific machine with a certain SLA, in which a backup is scheduled at a specific time, belongs to someone. This someone is a client who has an SLA who wishes to have his backup prioritized in some way

ShifTracker is here to help you with the Tracking of all the activities of a normal Operations/IT environment.
